• Once your box is opened and shown on live, the order is non-refundable.

• Styles or specific figures can not be chosen. We do not guarantee everyone will receive a preferred design.

• If you order multiple boxes, duplicates may occur. This is not a valid reason for refunds or returns.

• For quality issues only, please contact customer service and provide a full unboxing video.

• No refunds are accepted after your box has been opened on live.

• If there is a quality issue, please contact customer service and provide a complete unboxing video

• Placing an order means you agree to these rules.

After-Sales & Proof Requirement

• A complete unboxing video is required for any after-sales request.

• The video must show all sides of the shipping box first, then the opened item and any defects clearly.

• After-sales support is available for 7 days only. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
