Thank you for shopping at Hi.toys! We are committed to delivering your favorite designer toys and collectibles safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping to major destinations worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hi.toys is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Address Changes & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at hi@hi.toys or call +86 151 1619 5774 within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been dispatched. If a package is lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to an error on our part, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
